The Best Nutrition Scales

Close control of body composition requires portion control, which means kitchen scales are a necessity for any physique enthusiast. Even if you’re extremely metabolically and athletically gifted, the only way to get close to optimum results is to quantify your portions.

But I saw this Atkins Endulge Peanut Caramel Bar in the bargain bin for 39p down from £1.50, and figured it would be hard to go wrong for that price. Not to mention the idea of a good-sized peanut caramel treat for 136 Calories is pretty enticing.

Anyway, I tried it, and here’s what I found.
